Editing your website text is easy and you can probably figure it out without these instructions, but just so you have something to refer to here's our step by step guide.
Login to your website and click on the page you wish to edit text on either by clicking on the page in the site menu or if the page is hidden from the site menu then scroll through your website pages using the drop down page menu where you see Page: ... (right side of top toolbar).
Upload new pictures
Click on Upload in the top toolbar and select the picture or multiple pictures you wish to upload. You will now see the File Manager popup box appear and you can watch your pictures uploading. If you are likely to upload 100s of pictures then it's a good idea to create Folders to keep your pictures organised. To do this click on New Folder in the File Manager and name this folder something suitable. Click on the pictures you want to move into this folder and drag and drop them into the folder.
Add a picture directly onto a page
If you have already uploaded the picture once there is no need to upload it again. Click on Files in the top toolbar to locate the picture you want to add to your web page. Click on the picture to highlight it. Click Use this and the picture will appear on the page. Click on the picture to drag it into the correct place on the page. You can resize the picture by clicking on a corner and dragging it out (to make it larger) or in (to make it smaller).
Replace a picture in a square
Most pictures on your website pages have been inserted into a square. This is so you can apply Effects (Editor box - Effects) to the picture such as drop shadow and glow. (You can find squares under top toolbar Insert, left toolbar Shapes).
Click on the picture (you will know if it's inside a square because inside the Editor box it will say 'Object name - Square...' Inside the Editor box click on Style and next to Image fill click on Edit. Click Browse and choose the replacement picture. If you have not uploaded it yet, click Upload. Select the picture and click Use this. The new picture will appear.
Adjust a picture in a square
You may need to reposition the new picture so click on Style click on Edit and hover your mouse over the picture, use the white hand symbol to drag the image into the correct position. You can make the picture smaller (drag the white arrow head in towards the center circle) or larger (drag the white arrow head away from the center circle). You can change the angle of the picture by dragging the white arrow head to the left or right. Click save.
Add new pictures to your image gallery
Click on the gallery to highlight it. In the Editor box click on Gallery and click on Add Image. Select the new picture and click Use this it will now appear in your gallery. You may need to resize the gallery to make space for the new pictures or delete old pictures to make room that way.
Resize your gallery to make space for new pictures;
Highlight the gallery by clicking on it and in the Editor box click on Gallery.
Option 1 - Under Columns change the number of columns to accommodate the new pictures.
Option 2 - Keep the number of columns the same and resize the gallery by clicking on a tiny black square in the center of the side of the gallery so that the mouse arrow becomes a 'white hand' now drag the sides of the gallery in or out to make the gallery fit the page.
Delete pictures in your image gallery
Double click on the picture you wish to delete until it is highlighted (surrounded by a thin black line) and click on the Trash Can in the top toolbar.
To delete multiple pictures click on one picture you wish to delete then hold down the 'Command' key on your keypad while you click on other pictures so that more than just one picture is highlighted. Click the Trash Can to delete all of the pictures.
Add another new image gallery to a page
(For example if you want to display your pictures in different galleries).
Option 1 - Fresh gallery: Click on Files in the top toolbar. On the left side of the File Manager click on Library, click on Image tools, click on Image Gallery, click on Use this to add it to your web page. Use the same tips above to edit and reposition this gallery so it looks great on your page.
Option 2 - Copy an existing gallery: If you are adding a new gallery and want it to look just like the other galleries on the page (just different pictures) then you can duplicate a gallery that's already there. To do this click on the gallery so it is highlighted and in the Editor box on the right of Style you will see a small right pointing arrow click on this and then click on the Duplicate button (hover your mouse over each symbol for the name). Now drag the new gallery into position. Delete and add pictures. Click save.
Delete an entire image gallery
Click on the gallery so it is highlighted and then click on the Trash can symbol in the top toolbar. Click save.
