You need to login to your website admin area to begin editing. You can login with

the website username and password you provided when submitting your content.

Adding, duplicating or removing your website pages is easy and you can probably figure it out without these instructions, but just so you have something to refer to here's our step by step guide.

Add a new page

Click on Pages in the top toolbar. In the left toolbar you will have the option to Add a new page unless you want to design a new page layout for yourself then we recommend that instead you click on Copy page and copy a page we have already designed for you.

So if you want a new page with the same layout as your About page then do the following;

Click on Copy page and click on About (or the page you want to copy), click Next, rename the page, click Next, choose whether you want to show this page in the main menu or hide it and link to it from one of your website pages, click Next, choose the page order, click Finish. Now you will be able to move the page into the exact position you want it in. If you want the page to appear/be placed after the Home page then drag the 'lined square' next to the new page up to underneath the lined square next to the Home page. Click Apply. Click save.

Adjust your menu to create space for your new page

When you add a new page you may also notice that your main menu needs re-adjusting.

To make space for the new page;

Click on Pages in top tool bar. Click on Page Master in left toolbar. Click over/onto your menu to highlight it. Depending on how much space ypu have available you can neaten it up by clicking on it and dragging it a bit to the left of right. To do very precise positioning try using the arrow keys on your keypad to move objects on your site instead of dragging them by hand. Another option is to change the space between your menu pages or the size of your menu. To do this with the menu highlighted, click on Setup in the Editor pop up box. Change the Gap number to something smaller (to create bring menu page names closer together) or type in a larger number to make them further apart. You can also create more space in your menu by making the menu font smaller. Click on Font in the editor box to do this. When your menu is looking neat again click save!

If there is not enough space in your menu for your pages then you will need to make certain pages drop down from other main/more important pages. See how to organise your pages below;

How to organise your pages

Click on Pages in the top toolbar and then in the left toolbar Organise your pages, the Pages pop up box will appear.

Notice in the menu on some of our sample sites that some pages drop down from other pages. To make any of your new pages appear underneath main pages in your menu apply the following;

Drag the page up or down so that it sits directly underneath the page you want it to drop down from. Next to the page number (on the left) is an arrow pointing right, click on the arrow so that it points left. If you want another page to drop down after this one then do the same again. Make sure that page visible is ticked or it will not show in the main menu.

How to rename your pages

Click on Pages in the top toolbar and then in the left toolbar Organise your pages, the Pages pop up box will appear.

See where the page names are, delete the page name you want to change and type in a new name. Click Apply. Click Save.

How to delete a page

Click on Pages in the top toolbar and then in the left toolbar Organise your pages, the Pages pop up box will appear.

See the Trash Cans on the right side, click on the trash can next to the page you want to delete. Click Apply. Click Save.

How to adjust page length

(This is if you have lots of content and need more room on the page).

Click on Pages in the top toolbar, in the left side toolbar where it says Page Length make the page longer (increase the number by 50 /100 / 200 to see the difference) or shorter (decrease the number by 50 / 100 or 200 to see the difference), check that this page length is right and if not increase or decrease the page length again. Click save.

Tip: Do not apply to all pages.
